Founder of SAIG Technologies (Skylite Group Ltd): an AI technology group of 65 apps, engines and ventures that I designed and built, running on one shared platform: AI, identity, payments, email, databases, hosting and governance.
I came to it from fifteen years of solving regulated, repetitive work inside global financial institutions. A law graduate with a postgraduate qualification in legal practice, I began at KPMG on FCA skilled-person reviews, spent five years at Deutsche Bank as a Vice President leading regulatory and financial-crime change, led RegTech and financial crime at Bank of Africa UK, and delivered KYC, AML and client-lifecycle programmes for Danske Bank and Aberdeen.
In parallel I founded and run businesses in technology, accountancy and legal services, finance, travel and logistics, real estate and e-commerce. SAIG is the platform those businesses needed and could not buy: one set of engines that now runs them, offered to every business through SAIG Studio. I also founded The Abdul Majid Foundation, the group's charity.
